Cheer + Tumbling

Cheer FUNdamentals I
(Ages 5-15)

Cheer FUNdamentals is a high energy 60 minute cheer class that meets once each week designed to introduce children to the sport of ALL STAR cheer in a non-competitive and fun environment.  Our FUNdamentals classes will be mixed age groups starting at the age of 5!

There are three levels of FUNdamentals classes (1, 2 and 3) each one with its own special routine and curriculum designed to build on one another and to prepare your little Star to have the skills necessary to join either a Novice, Prep or Elite team if they desire. 

Starburst Tumbling

Starburst is a tumbling class designed to build on the basics taught in the prior levels. Students work toward developing more advanced skills such as roundoff back handspring connection (single and multiple), back handspring to tuck and front tuck.

Classes are 60 minutes, one time per week. This class is open to both recreational students and cheer team members, and it satisfies level 2 cheer team tumbling requirements.
